Standard explanation

Cunning contributes to Offensive Ability (OA), and Physique contributes to Defensive Ability (DA). OA compared with the target's DA produces PTH, which governs misses and the critical-damage tier. Higher OA is useful only relative to the target DA.

The attribute and PTH equations below were inspected against 1.3.0.4 DBR, binary behavior, and GrimTools. The critical thresholds are from the official combat guide. They are presented as the documented calculation model, not as a claim that 1.3.0.6 threshold rounding has been live-verified.

70 to below 90 1.0x damage multiplier.

Unresolved: the exact 1.3.0.6 integer-roll and display-rounding behavior at the PTH thresholds (90, 105, 120, 130, and 135) still needs a live fixture or definitive binary analysis. This page therefore does not give an exact expected-DPS result at those boundaries.
